Change coin selling rules and regulations
- Account IVORY in Free Up app sold 2 items, earned 1550 coins.
- 0 coins appear eligible to sell; ticket says only selling coins are eligible.
Not the best but not worst... The coins are the most irrigating part
I am writing this to get solution for my problem that I am facing now
I recently sold 2 iteams and earned a total of 1550 coins... But when I try to sell it my eligible to sell coins show 0 coins eligible to sell
These 1550 coins should be eligible to but but still it's not, these are coins earned by selling so I want to convert it into cash
I also raised a ticket in app but only got a reply saying only coins earned by selling can be sold but those are coins earned by selling my products but those are still don't show eligible
I am deeply disappointed by this and it is affting my time and causing head achi

I couldn't raise a ticket
- Experience was good for almost 1 month.
- Delivery partner failed to pickup for 5 days.
- After pickup, one item canceled due to not being picked up.
I am using free up for almost 1 month and the experience was good but recently the delivery partner was bad they didn't pickup for 5 days and even after pickup one of the item showed cancled due to not pickup

Resolved: Unable to withdraw money
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I emailed them ,the response didn't make any sense but I waited a few days it got resolved. Wait for atleast 3 days.
I'm unable to withdraw money even after receiving a very positive review from my customer. Please release my payment as soon as possible. It's very important to me.
