Since I am a new user , this was my first purchase which is not yet delivered
I placed a FreeUp app order on the 26th of April. The order has not shipped yet, and there are no updates on the whereabouts of the order; it's been more than a week, and they claimed to deliver the order in 2-3 days.

I ordered one short from the seller and I received a 1-year-old child's t-shirt. When I complained to the seller, she told me she had delivered the right product and refused to refund my amount.
In another case, the seller promised to take it back because of a size issue, then rejected it.
Totally unacceptable. Deleting this app now.

They have declared my product as overweight and deducted 150 Rs. from my product which has order id S152745****46200****.
Please don't take my hard-earned money, which I am saving for my grandmother. Please, it's a request, don't take my money and don't suspend my account.

Unfair charges
I am a seller on the free up app. I sell my items there.
I have just sold an item there.
A non-stick saucepan, it is under 1 kg But they are saying that it is more than the of one kilogram They have put my account in mines please solve this problem I have also sent you a photo in which I have placed the item on the shelf and shown its weight. Please check it and fix this problem

The message states that the money was transferred successfully, but I did not receive it in my GPay account, which I had chosen. It is not in my money received history.
Later, after receiving the money transferred message, I received the OTP to log in, instead of receiving the amount. I have uploaded the pictures, which clearly show that no amount was received in my GPay history, as I had chosen the GPay method for payment.
The message history states that it was successfully transferred, but later I received another OTP to withdraw again, with no money being transferred to my account. I hope you will respond soon.

Cancelled order
They did nothing instead said that they will not respond further on the mail
I prepaid for a coat on the FreeUp app, but the seller cancelled it. I paid her already through UPI and got refunded 98 through UPI and coins when I paid 243 through UPI.
I feel wronged. I want my 145 rupees back, please.

I placed an order with Freeup on 19th December, which cost me about 2199. The item was stuck in the Delhi warehouse for more than 15 days, after which I reached out to the Freeup team but did not get any help from them.
The customer service is the worst. They don't even know what they're talking about. I have not received the item to date. I reached out to the Xpressbees courier team, and they confirmed the item is lost and Freeup should ideally be cancelling the order.
But even though the policy states that if the product is not delivered within 20 days we should be auto-refunded, the team is not doing anything about it. I will go to the consumer court if this issue is not resolved now.

User's recommendation: Please be vary of this app. They donot have thier policy structured and if you lose your money, you lose it. There is no way of getting it back
